Function and introduction

1. Next to the glass transmission.

2. Long edge forward.

3. The dimension of the machine is 1500mm * 1500mm * 990mm with four transmission ways which use T10 green cloth synchronous belt.

4. EVA/TPT automatic cutting machine.

5. EVA/TPT automatic punching machine.

6. Dust cover is equipped for the EVA/TPT roll.

7. The maximum diametr of the EVA/TPT roll is 600 mm.

8. The permiting EVA diameter:3 inches (76mm)

1. The machine uses pinion and rack transmission nechanism driven by servo motor, and guided by linear rail, with advantages such as precise positioning and stable running.

2. The machine is equipped with EVA loading tool for operation.

3. The streching speed of the EVA can be adjusted automatically for stable running.

4. The EVA is cut by an integral machine to ensure a flat and neat cutting edge.

5. The precision of the EVA cutting is±(0.5+0.15%L)and the diagonal error is ±1.5 mm.

6. The machine has automatic aligning function for EVA putting and the aligning scope is ±2 mm.

7. Safety shield and dust shild are equipped to the main part of the equipment.
